What if the owners don't get back to me?

If the owners don't reply, you can double check that the cat or dog is still on the site by using the search paw, they may already be on their way to a new home!! If they are still there, try to send another message, they may be on holiday.

How long will my display last?

Your advert will stay on the site for three months... that's normally more than enough time even for mongrels like my brother Boris hehehe

How will the present owners of the cat or dog contact me?

They will normally reply via email, or if you have left a telephone number (gosh I hate it when that rings when I'm trying to sleep) they may call you. Just keep checking your inbox when you get chance... Don't forget the junk folder though, some email programs think we are junk mail... How dare they!!

Why can't I display my telephone number, address or other personal details on site?

It's best not to display your number for safety reasons. That way you can choose who to give out your details too. Don't forget it costs nothing to search for an animal.

Can I display more than one animal?

Yes of course you can! If they need to go together then go for one advert with a picture of them all on. Explain in your advert the situation. If they aren't the best of friends then go for separate ads.
